Hi, I’m Gill Townsend, founder of The Mama Assembly™.
Aussie mum, creative force, storyteller, and recovering corporate soldier who decided midlife was the perfect time for a plot twist.
After 25 years in leadership, customer success, and program management roles across global companies, life threw me a redundancy, and instead of breaking me, it cracked me wide open.
What started as a creative outlet between nap times and caffeine highs has evolved into something bigger:
